Ladydakota sent me, the other day, an email including a pic of her sister and her; telling me that you were talking about funny pics at the room and that it would be nice to share one with you all.
Here it is:
 
 Well, thinking about it, most of the old pics we have at home are funny, specially the ones we have of those old days when we were kids. They showed us doing silly faces in front of the camera, or with funny clothes on, or perhaps in an embarrasing situation… kids are just funny. Wouldn’t it be nice to share those old pics you have in the old family albums you keep in the attic with our community?
We could use this nice online space we have to host them. And I guess we would have a nice time remembering those old days when everything seemed to be much more simple…

What a fun idea! I have just started a search for my ancestors and going through old photos brought lots of laughter as well as fond memories.

a great idea! if you have a digital camera – but no scannere – set your camera to close up – turn off the flash and take a picture of the picture! they aren’t perfect always – but it’s one way to do it! i did it on my site ilovegrandma.com with many of the old family pix
